This policy explains what happens to data when you visit Career Space. The short version: we do not ask you to register, we do not sell data, and the main third party involved is the advertising system that funds the site.
What we collect directly
You can read this site without giving us anything. There are no user accounts and no newsletter sign-up.
Our servers keep standard access logs — IP address, time of request, page requested, browser identification. These are used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse, and are not used to build a profile of you.
If you write to us by email, we keep that correspondence so we can answer it and, in the case of corrections, record why a figure was changed.
Calculators and tools
Figures you type into a calculator on this site — a salary, a household size — are used to produce the result you asked for. We do not require them to be tied to an identity, and we do not use them to contact you.
Advertising
This site is funded by advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
